Confident Presence for High-Potentials spans seven modules across three months, systematically building participants' abilities to think more strategically, communicate more clearly, and present with more clarity.
Combining virtual workshops with 1-on-1 coaching, each module builds lasting presence skills by teaching broad principles first, then connecting the dots to each participant’s individual needs and interests.
Participants learn how to:

- Lead conversations that build professional relationships
- Adapt their communication approach to speak to the preferences of their audiences
